I posted some photos below from when I was in Baltimore a few weeks ago. All these photos were taken on Howard Street, in a really quiet, rundown area of the city. Every building on the block was really beatiful. The first photos are of an incredible old movie theater, with paintings still up from when a Billie Holdiay movie was playing. Next to it there was this Kurt Schwitters esque building. And then there was some Gary Baseman esque public art on a discount storefront. A beatiful neighberhood.

I apologize for the photos being so low quality. I took them with a disposable camera.

Here is a page from a different story in the magazine. It's still not lettered...it's part of a large project of memory comics that I'm doing. When I'm done, I hope to have a complete catalog of all my childhood memories (with age 8 as the cut off point).

life of francis page 1

This is page 1 of a new story I'm working on. Panel 1 isn't lettered yet. The guy in the hat should be saying something along the lines of "Francis can you go to the store and buy us some groceries?" There should also be a label next to him saying "Francis' dad" and an arrow pointing to him.
